Delete your Dualy account

How to submit your request

1. 1. In the Dualy app: Open Settings and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
2. 2. Without the app: Email us from the address linked to your Dualy account. Include your Dualy username and state that you want to delete your account and associated data.
3. 3. Verify ownership: We may ask for limited account information to verify your request. Never send your password, one-time code, government ID, or payment credentials by email.

What we delete

• Account and profile information
• Uploaded videos, images, comments, and other content
• Social connections and account activity associated with you
• Device and notification registration data
• Other personal data linked to your verified request

Timing and limited retention

After we verify your request, we hide your account and deactivate access promptly. You can reactivate it by logging in during the 30-day recovery period. If you do not reactivate it, permanent deletion or irreversible anonymization begins after that period and is ordinarily completed promptly. We may retain narrowly limited records only where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Those records remain restricted to that purpose and are not used to continue providing a deleted account.
